FAQs
Epoxy or PU — which is right for me?
Epoxy excels for chemical/abrasion resistance and smooth finishes; PU screeds (including heavy‑duty PU cement) perform where thermal shock, wet processing or high heat are present. We’ll specify the right system after a site survey.
Do you install ESD floors?
Yes—both conductive/ESD epoxy and ESD vinyl are available for electronics, labs, data centers and hospitals.
What warranty is available?
Eligible systems include a 2–5‑year workmanship warranty. Scope depends on system type and environment.
Do you handle waterproofing as well?
Yes—cementitious, polyurea, PU foam and tank lining systems, plus expansion joints and protective topcoats.

What information helps SolidDrops recommend vinyl flooring?
Send the city, approximate area or quantity, substrate condition, site photos, drawings or BOQ, expected traffic, cleaning method, chemical or water exposure and target schedule. This helps SolidDrops route the inquiry to the most relevant vinyl flooring option for commercial fit-out, clinics, schools, offices and maintenance areas.
Which Saudi cities does SolidDrops support?
SolidDrops supports project inquiries across Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Jubail, Makkah, Madinah, Tabuk and other KSA locations.
How are technical selections checked before supply or installation?
Final selection should be checked against manufacturer TDS and SDS documents, substrate preparation requirements, project specifications, exposure conditions and site conditions before procurement or installation.
